If your mobile phone is protected by password or any pin code and forget it your mobile phone should to format for using it again
1. Takeout the battery from your mobile phone and put it back again after 5sec
2- press and hold vol+ and power key untill you see iCall Logo and release only power key you will see the android logo now you should press the volume+ after you will see a new message now use the volume - scroll to Wipe data resetfactory  use vol+ is OK and after scroll to Delete All after you should reboot your phone by press volume up key, this method will be successful  for you.
