If your mobile phone is protected by password or any pin code but you forget it your mobile phone must to format it .
1-remove the battery from your mobile phone and put it back again after 5sec
2- press and hold vol+ and power key untill you see iCall Logo and release only power key you will see the android logo now you should press the volume+ after you will see a new message now use the volume - scroll to Wipe data resetfactory use vol+ is OK and after scroll to Delete All after you should reboot your phone by press volume up key, this method will be successful for you.
